The successful future Rita Issa set out to create for herself nearly 20 years ago, would ultimately come true upon her launch of SAWASAWA, LLC. As a proud and determined Lebanese woman, she'd build a future where she’d become an entrepreneur in the world of fashion design and clothing manufacturing. With Rita’s early work individually combined with the company’s, there is over 20 years of industry experience brought to the table for clients. SAWASAWA has designed and produced for some of the industries largest brands such as True Religion, Bebe, Guess, Ed Hardy, Tommy Hilfiger, Marc Jacobs as well as secured long term partnerships in a variety of contracts with the US GOVERNMENT. For 12 years Rita's company has manufactured mass quantities of Military Clothing such as woven shirts, tees and sweatshirts for the ARMY, MARINE CORP, AIR FORCE, NAVY and COAST GUARD. Other items within these contracts that have been produced range from sports bras, scarfs, briefs, bathrobes, blankets, comforters, hats, towels and uniforms. SAWASAWA has also established a hyper focused division specialized in producing promotional items for corporate companies, luxury hotels, large scale events and concerts. The production process Rita and her incessantly hardworking brother George have in place has become the best it can be in order to plan and execute a successful future for all clients.
